Drills 3rd Class

Some of you have been asking about the requirements for Drills 3rd Class for this coming workshop.

Drills 3rd class is the most basic drills.

The following drills are compulsory and you need to do it well to get your badge.

1. turning left & right - ker kiri/kanan pusang
2. turning about turn  - ker blakang pusang
3. dressing - ker kenan lurus - timing : "up check bang"
4. salute - hormat senja ta
5. marching - dari-kiri jepat jalan + turning during marching
6. attention - sedi ya
7. at ease - senang diri
8. memorizing and shouting the commands

Timing - always "turn check bang" or "Check-bang"

"check" - when leg is lifted 90 perpendicular to body
"bang" - when the feet hits the round to create the "bang" sound

Practice ..practise .. practise...makes perfect!

Only selected cadets from sec2 will be allowed to attend the cadet leader drill course.

Anyway, your skills are required for your group drill competition.
