Some of you have been asking about the requirements for Drills 3rd Class for this coming workshop.
Drills 3rd class is the most basic drills.
The following drills are compulsory and you need to do it well to get your badge.
1. turning left & right - ker kiri/kanan pusang
2. turning about turn - ker blakang pusang
3. dressing - ker kenan lurus - timing : "up check bang"
4. salute - hormat senja ta
5. marching - dari-kiri jepat jalan + turning during marching
6. attention - sedi ya
7. at ease - senang diri
8. memorizing and shouting the commands
Timing - always "turn check bang" or "Check-bang"
"check" - when leg is lifted 90 perpendicular to body
"bang" - when the feet hits the round to create the "bang" sound
Practice ..practise .. practise...makes perfect!
Only selected cadets from sec2 will be allowed to attend the cadet leader drill course.
Anyway, your skills are required for your group drill competition.

NPCC Workshop 2014
Hi!
It's so unfortunate that we will not be having the camp this year.
We shall be having the camp next year 2015 for the new sec1 cadets - likely in first term.
So what will be expecting for this NPCC workshop on 10 Nov 2014?
Firstly, this last NPCC activity for this year is compulsory! We will be giving out your ranks and outstanding badges during this session.
There will also be lots of games too and prizes to win. The neighbourhood police will also be joining us to teach us certain skills too!
Some activities include:
1. Team building games (plse bring black T-shirt!) & competition
2. outdoor cooking
3. drill competition - so please watch the basic drills video! Not only will you be able to get yr 3rd class if you do well, you can also win some nifty prizes!
4. CSSP/PYA
5. Organising games for cluster in first terms of 2015
6. campcraft
We are going to have lots of fun!

1. There are 2 sessions of promotion: Jan - Jun; Jul - Dec;
2. contributions & participation in HQ activities will also be considered favourably for promotion
Cadets (Sec1,2,3) in 2014 who have achieved at least 80% attendance will be promoted to the next level! However, they need to attend the final activity - the CAMP 2014.
It can either be a DAY camp or 2D1N camp. The rank and outstanding badges will be given out on the last day of that camp. So Stay tuned for the confirmed date!
